Restaurant Manager

This a fabulous opportunity to join us as a Restaurant Manager.

Supporting the Management Team, you will be expected to:

- Ensure all our guests receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team.
- Manage the floor, ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and that each service runs smoothly.
- Ensure any complaints are handled efficiently and professionally and all guests leave with a positive dining experience.
- Welcome our local, regular and new guests in a warm friendly & engaging manner.
- Share our love of Spanish tapas & drinks with both the team and our customers.
- Inspire, lead and motivate our team, keeping them all engaged and energised at all times.
- Provide ongoing, interesting and innovative training to our new and existing staff.
- Ensure our high standards of delivering fresh, flavoursome & beautifully presented tapas and engaging & friendly service are exceeded all of the time.
- Actively support the management team in controlling budgets and P&L
- Proactively work to grow the business

A little about you:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or experienced Assistant Manager in a high end, casual dining environment.
- Demonstrate a genuine love of Spanish cuisine & culture, and are curious about food.
- Experience in managing a fast paced, high volume site, with strong leadership and people management skills.
- An open, engaging and humble personality, who has the confidence to be the face of Tapas Brindisa when leading the floor.
- Commercially aware of how to manage costs and drive revenue.
- Experienced at training and developing a successful team.
- A clear and concise communicator with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent attention to detail, calm under pressure and resilient.
