Tatar Bunar is a Michelin Guide-listed restaurant celebrating the food, wine and culture of Bessarabia. We’re looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen alongside our Executive Chef and help shape the next chapter of our story.

This is an opportunity to work with exceptional seasonal produce, develop a unique cuisine, and be part of an ambitious, independent restaurant with international recognition.

What you’ll do
Lead and inspire the kitchen team.

Deliver consistently exceptional food and service.

Work closely with our Executive Chef on menu development.

Manage food quality, GP, stock and kitchen operations.

Recruit, train and develop the team.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
We’re looking for someone who

Has previous experience as a Head Chef in a quality restaurant.

Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills.

Has strong organisational and financial awareness.

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Is passionate about seasonal cooking and continuous improvement.

Has the right to work in the UK.
