Location: Tattenham Corner, Epsom Downs (8-minute walk from Tattenham Corner Station)

About Us:

We are extremely excited to be opening the brand new Tattenham Corner pub, located in the scenic Epsom Downs area. We’re dedicated to providing a memorable dining experience with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. With amazing views over the famous Epsom Downs Racecourse, we aim to become a favourite destination in the community for everything from casual meals to special occasions. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service.


What we look for in a Supervisor:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced supervisor who has a passion for hospitality and thrives in a customer-focused environment. You should be a natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills, able to motivate and support the team to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations.

Key Responsivities:

Lead Service Excellence: Uphold high standards in customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience by overseeing the dining floor, addressing guest needs, and handling any issues promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership: Inspire and support staff through active, hands-on supervision. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and provide guidance.

Operational Efficiency: Manage daily operations smoothly, including coordinating shifts, delegating tasks, and maintaining quality standards in all areas of service.

Training and Development: Assist in on-boarding and training new team members, helping them develop strong service skills.

Drive Growth: Partner with the general manager to enhance guest satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and contribute to business growth through a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service.
