Interpreting our ‘Modern Chinese’ concept into this special building allowed us to look at new avenues of design and led to the exploration of the ancient Chinese philosophy of Yin Yang, the blending of contrary forces to create harmony
The role:
- Be a visible, energetic leader to your team creating positive energy and a productive environment
- Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations
- Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests
- Focused on our guests experience excelling all expectations
- A charismatic and confident communicator with your management team and the wider restaurant team
- Demonstrate a desire to push boundaries, learn new skills and contribute to the business’ evolution
- Demonstrate a deep-rooted understanding of our business. Use this knowledge to constantly strive for ways to improve our brand
- Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry
- Provide the team with a platform to develop personally and professionally.
