The Role:
- You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team.
- Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, to bring a unique and immersive drinking experience to our guests.
- Show your passion and enthusiasm for menu development, bringing new ideas to your team and encouraging collaboration to share skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
- Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in cocktails and beverages.
- Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
- Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training
- Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests throughout their time at Tattu
