The Role:
- Natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team
- Responsible for developing teams and implementing initiatives to provide the highest level of operational performance, guest experience and quality
- Highly visible within the business, innovative in your approach and ready to push boundaries
- Demonstrate a deep-rooted understanding of our business. Use this knowledge to constantly strive for ways to improve our brand
- Financially responsible, ensuring not only business growth but financial growth of the site.
- Comfortable taking full autonomy of the site and reporting to the directors
- Significant experience with high end restaurants
- Openings and project management experience of an operation on a similar scale is essential
- This is an incredibly creative and fast paced environment, so it is essential you have been working in a similar establishment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
