We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager for Joshua’s Tavern at The Londoner our 5 Star luxury hotel.

Joshua’s Tavern is a vibrant Gin led operation, that hosts an eclectic program of musicians and live music performers on a weekly basis, which really brings the operation alive. This is in conjunction with the outstanding level of customer service.

Overview:

  • An Amazing opportunity to join Joshua’s Tavern, our standout vibrant operation located at The Londoner. Joshua’s is a stand out venue which boasts eclectic program of musicians and live performer.
  • As a Bar Manager you will achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
  • Direct the bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

 About You:

  • Current in-depth knowledge of the London restaurant liquor trends, ideally with a good knowledge of Gin’s and Cocktails.
  • Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership and coaching skills.
  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
