As Chef de Partie, you'll take charge of a specific section of our kitchen, working closely
with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes
that reflect our family-style Italian ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and take responsibility for your designated section (pasta, grill, garnish,
etc.)
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with Tavola di Famiglia’s standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as needed
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality at all times
- Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Italian or
Mediterranean cuisine
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A team player who thrives under pressure
- A passion for Italian food, family-style service, and continuous learning.
