Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to our guests, ensuring an outstanding dining experience
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu guidance with confidence
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Handle payments and reservations with professionalism and accuracy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required – we value enthusiasm and a great attitude
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A genuine passion for food, service, and Italian culture
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
