We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy hospitality environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

• Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.

• Process payments accurately using our till system.

• Follow all licensing regulations, including checking identification when required.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.

• Work closely with the restaurant and management teams to ensure smooth service.

• Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• A friendly, positive and professional attitude.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A reliable team player with good attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• National Minimum Wage (according to age) plus tips.
