Overview
The Marketing & Social Media Specialist leads the strategy,
execution, and optimization of all brand marketing and social media
initiatives. This role blends creative vision with data‑driven decision‑making
to grow brand awareness, deepen audience engagement, and drive measurable
business results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong
storyteller, and a hands‑on leader who thrives as an independent self-starter.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership
- Coordinate with Executive
Management to help develop and oversee the Company’s integrated marketing
strategy across digital, social, email, content, and paid media.
- Lead brand positioning,
messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency across all
channels.
- Manage and implement campaigns
from concept to execution, including timelines, budgets, and performance
tracking.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional
teams (design, strategic partners, operations, etc) to align marketing
initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer
insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in the development and
implementation of local store marketing initiatives.
Social Media
Strategy & Execution
- Own the social media vision,
strategy, and content calendar across all major platforms (e.g.,
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
- Create and oversee high‑quality,
on‑brand content including video, graphics, copy, and campaigns, including
coordinating with store Team members on execution.
- Monitor social trends, platform
updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Maintain and Build website to be
consistent with all marketing strategies.
- Manage community engagement,
including responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
- Track KPIs such as engagement,
reach, follower growth, sentiment, and conversions; adjust strategy based
on insights.
Team & Vendor
Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of
marketing and social media professionals.
- Manage relationships with
agencies, freelancers, influencers, and brand partners.
- Oversee production schedules,
creative workflows, and quality control.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting
frameworks to measure campaign performance.
- Present insights,
recommendations, and results to executive leadership.
- Use data to refine strategies and
optimize ROI across all marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–10+ years of experience in
marketing.
- Proven success managing social
media strategy for a brand or organization.
- Strong understanding of digital
marketing, content creation, analytics tools, and paid media.
- Exceptional communication,
leadership, and project‑management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability
to translate ideas into compelling content.
- Experience working with
influencers, creators, and external partners is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft
Office 365, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social,
Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and
email marketing platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced,
