Bringing it to the role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Technology department. We are looking to recruit a third line support analyst / developer who will be responsible for providing world class support, development & customer service to 900+ KFC stores.

This is an entry level position suitable for someone excited to work & grow their career within the technology & digital industry & a real passion for KFC.

What you’ll do

The nature of the duties may vary depending on the successful applicant’s background and will fall between Support and Development:

  • Provide 3rd level technical support to all KFC 900+ stores in the UK and ROI by working with store employees to resolve technical, training or systems issues
  • Support other members of the Technology team regarding all restaurant systems and devices, including POSs, BOHs & Laptops including systems to manage cash, stock, pack screens, security and reporting
  • Resolve issues as they occur while pro-actively investigating and documenting longer-term solutions to resolve repeat issues
  • Providing full support on Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Supporting Tech project through the development & implementation
  • Analysing statistical data to find solutions to repeating issues. Documenting and sharing new procedures with other members of the Technology team
  • Working closely with our third-party support partners, such as Fujitsu
  • Development of till programs in line with each marketing window
  • Management of recipe & inventory systems
  • Development, support and administration of kiosks, delivery & online ordering solutions
  • Testing and approval for any development changes relating to the above
  • Collaboration on the support of new technology into restaurants
  • Cross functionally collaboration with Ops, Marketing and Finance
