The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant – Party Host, you’ll be at the heart of the action—welcoming guests, hosting exciting kid’s birthday parties, delivering delicious food to the lanes, and keeping the centre looking its best. You’ll also be a friendly face for customer questions and spot opportunities to enhance their experience.

We’re looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a buzzing environment. If you love working with people, take initiative, and have a passion for delivering amazing service, this is the role for you.

Skills You Need

• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fast-paced environment
• Embrace a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, coupled with a drive to achieve excellence.
• Able to provide outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
• Be approachable and helpful
• Can multi-task and have exceptional organisational skills.
