The Role

You will deliver a first-class service to our customers by serving alcohol, cocktails and soft drinks, managing stock, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness all whilst following Scottish licensing requirements.

As you grow in the role, you’ll be supported to build your skills across all key areas of the centre, from working in the kitchen to getting involved in the reception. You’ll also play a hands-on role in managing our karaoke rooms, helping to keep the energy high and the fun flowing. This well-rounded experience will help you confidently support the team and create great moments for our customers. 

We're looking for confident, friendly candidates with outstanding customer service skills. Given the responsibility of serving alcohol, candidates must be at least 18 years old, in compliance with Scottish licensing law.

Skills You Need

• Previous bar experience

• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to provide outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
• Can multi-task and have exceptional organisational skills, and strong attention to detail
• Full flexibility in your working schedule, especially evenings and weekends.
• Be approachable and helpful
• A strong team player
