The Role

As a HR Advisor you will be providing advice and guidance on all employment-related matters and manage formal ER processes. You will also be reviewing and redesigning processes and procedures to continuously improve our systems.

You will need to be resilient, adaptable and show initiative. Exceptional customer service will be at heart of your role. You will also be responsible for monitoring trends in employment practice and advising on appropriate proactive action.

 

Skills You Need

  • Previous experience of dealing with numerous and complex Employee Relations cases, up to and including Tribunal stage,
  • Previous experience of coaching and influencing managers and senior management,
  • Strong commercial approach and understanding of business needs,
  • Brilliant time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Excellent MS office skills,
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or relevant experience
