The Role

Reporting to the Facilities & Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Engage Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, Building Control and ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
• Ascertain suitability of feasibility layouts and progress to full architectural & design packages.
• Compile project budgets and gain necessary internal approvals.
• Prepare project programmes in conjunction with the appointed main contractor.
• Conduct pre-start and ongoing site meetings. 
• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the project including internal departments, direct contractors and the appointed main contractor.
• Ensure projects are delivered legally & safely and within the agreed timescale and budget.

Skills You Need

• Experienced Refurbishment & Fit-Out Project Manager with at least 2 years’ experience preferably within the leisure industry handling multiple projects at once.
• Proven track record in delivering projects.
• A broad knowledge of construction and fit-out processes and fire safety systems.
• Strong IT skills are essential along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driver’s License and must be willing to travel and stay away.
