The Role

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and practical IT Support Engineer to join our Escape Room team. In this dynamic role, you’ll travel between our sites across the UK, making sure our escape room systems are running smoothly. From mounting projectors and configuring control tablets, to diagnosing system faults and documenting fixes, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our experiences glitch-free and immersive. Whether you’re installing tech in a brand-new room or supporting live environments, your work directly impacts the guest journey – making every mystery feel seamless.

You’ll collaborate closely with the IT team and site staff to troubleshoot issues, carry out preventative maintenance, and guide others through technical challenges. This role includes participating in an on-call rota to support critical out-of-hours issues – and the salary has been set to reflect this added responsibility.
