Prep Cook

We are looking for an experienced and passionate prep cook with a great attitude and willingness to learn. 

You will report directly to the Executive Chef & Partner, Raphael Francois, and the Chef de Cuisine, Laurent Sanchis. We know that this is a challenging time for everyone, so we are asking for commitment and flexibility.

Requirements to join the greatest kitchen staff in LA: 

- Ensure all food and product is properly prepared and ready for service according to recipe and standards. 

- Understand and follow all policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards. 

- Properly follow all recipes and correctly apply newly learned techniques. 

- Be well-organized and detail-oriented 

- Have a high standard of excellence, cleanliness, and sanitation. 

- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic 

- Be a team-player with a "can-do" attitude 

- Be positive and respectful even under pressure
