Bill Chait (of Bestia, Republique, and Otium) returns to the LA restaurant scene with Tesse and two-star Michelin Chef Raphael Francois. The pastry team will be led by Chef Sally Camacho. We are looking for qualified pastry cooks for this new restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood. Applicants with 2+ years of experience in a notable Los Angeles restaurant preferred. Hourly wages are $15/hour and will include wages from a nightly service charge, which will be fully explained during the interview. This pay structure is geared towards equitable pay for culinary and service staff, and greatly benefits BOH team members. Health insurance included for all staff working 30+ hours / week.
