⚡ WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We’re looking for a talented Videographer + Content Creator to capture the energy, excitement, and hospitality of Electric Shuffle across all our venues. This role will be the heartbeat of our video content, responsible for shooting and editing everything from polished campaign videos to dynamic social content.

As part of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Creative Designer, and wider content team to plan, shoot, and deliver impactful video content that fuels our brand presence and engages our audience across digital platforms.

⚡ WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This role will focus on five (5) key areas:

Content Creation

• Capture all types of video content, including long-form, UGC-style, iPhone, and professional-quality productions.
• Take photography and coordinate specialized photography shoots (e.g., food, lifestyle, events, interiors).
• Editing & Producing
• Edit video content for multiple formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, campaign assets, website).
• Deliver polished, on-brand final products through cutting, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.

• Plan and coordinate shoots from pre-production through post-production, including shot lists, equipment prep, and on-site logistics.
• Partner with photographers, venue teams, and external partners to execute campaigns.
• Collaboration
• Work alongside the marketing team to fulfill content needs across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Brainstorm and storyboard creative concepts that align with brand campaigns.

• Travel to Electric Shuffle venues across Austin, Dallas, NYC, and Chicago to capture campaigns, events, and in-venue moments.
• Document venue launches, live entertainment, guest experiences, and special promotions.

We’re looking for a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented videographer who:

⚡QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years of professional videography experience (agency, brand, hospitality, or entertainment a plus).
• Proven experience capturing and editing a range of video styles (short-form, UGC-style, branded campaigns, event recaps).
• Strong knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent).
• Ability to plan shoots, build shot lists, and direct on-site.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and projects.
• Strong portfolio of video work required.
