We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our busy, fast‑paced pub kitchen in Vauxhall, serving a mix of traditional favourites and contemporary pub dishes. You’ll be part of a friendly, down‑to‑earth team, so we want someone fun, approachable and ego‑free who brings good energy to the kitchen.
The role includes two doubles and three day or night shifts each week. You’ll support the Head Chef with daily service, prep and maintaining high standards, while also being willing to learn and grow within the role. Good written and spoken English is essential, and you must have the legal right to work in the UK.
We need someone with at least two years’ experience as a Sous Chef who can confidently lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence. You must be able to handle stock taking, GP calculations, ordering and basic computer and email tasks.
