As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heart of our operation—leading the front-of-house team, overseeing daily service, and ensuring every guest experience The Albyn at its finest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a passionate FOH team
- Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service skills as we believe in leading by example
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on approach and calm under pressure
- Passion for great food, drinks, and hospitality
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, and software
