What’s the Role?

As the General Manager, you will take full ownership of this multi-faceted site, running it as if it were your own business. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring our high standards of service and customer satisfaction are met. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Driving business performance with strong commercial acumen
• Training, nurturing, and developing your staff to foster a high-performing team
• Managing all aspects of the venue, from financials to customer relations
• Embracing the excitement of busy weekends and epic rugby days

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in a similar setting 
• Personality, you live and breath hospitality
• A bold, ownership mentality - leave your ego at the door! 
• Solid communication and organizational skills; you’re approachable and engaging
• A well-rounded understanding of business operations and a passion for mentoring your team
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a love for creating a fun, vibrant atmosphere
