As a Reservationist you will gain:
We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Seven Rooms system amongst all.
- Answering all incoming reservations calls
- Diverting calls
- Taking reservations
- Answering emails
- Confirming reservations
- Logging cancellations and no shows
- Lost credit cards
- Member profiles for the next day
- Allocating tables
- Coordinating guest list
- Organising large party bookings
- Preparing function sheet s for the kitchen
- Relaying important member information to FOH andBOH
GeneralResponsibilities
- Supporting the reception staff
- Preparing FOH for each service.
- Familiarising oneself with the member database
- Using Quadranet, Jonas, Seven Rooms and Microsoft Outlook
