JOB DESCRIPTION
The Arts Club Dubai’s renowned Brasserie, a
concept that was first born in our London club, is hiring for a Sous Chef. The
Brasserie is the engine room of the club, open seven days a week, serving
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is classic and refined in style, offering
members and their guests a modern European menu with a French emphasis.
As a Sous Chef with our team, you'll play a key
role in upholding our culinary excellence. Collaborating closely with our Head
Chef, you will be responsible for organizing the kitchen operations, ensuring
impeccable food quality, and fostering a motivated and efficient kitchen
brigade. Your creativity and precision will contribute to the evolution of our
menu while maintaining the highest standards of taste, presentation, and member
satisfaction.
