WHAT WILL YOU DO

Your main duties and responsibilities are:
• Deliver beverages to members and guests in a professional, courteous and efficient manner, following the department
Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist with the preparation of Bar mise-en-place for service as required
• Ensure that all liquor stock, storage and fridge levels are maintained, and the deliveries are taken care of responsibly
• Keep the whole Bar area and counter clean and presentable throughout the opening times
• Ensure that all Bar equipment and any other objects and materials needed for service are prepared and available
• Be efficient in keeping beverage wastage to a minimum

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
• Minimum 1 year experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Good level of English
• Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time
