The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.
It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Club’s membership is a growing community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.

Our commitment to excellence extends to every area of our business, including our exceptional selection of cigars. We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Head of Cigar to join our team from September 2026 and elevate the cigar experience for our esteemed guests. The Head of Cigars is responsible for ensuring a smooth running of service in the Cigar Lounge and focusing on delivering the maximum members and guests’ satisfaction, while taking care that the Club’s highest standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Curate and manage the Club’s cigar programme, ensuring the cigar list is always up to date with accurate vintages, descriptions and pricing.
- Take ownership of humidor management, maintaining optimal storage conditions, stock levels, inventory accuracy and product quality at all times.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, sourcing premium and exclusive cigars that enhance the member experience.
- Provide expert cigar, wine and spirit pairing recommendations, creating memorable and personalised experiences for members and guests.
- Act as the Club’s cigar ambassador, delivering exceptional product knowledge, hosting tastings and sharing expertise with both members and the wider team.
- Assist members and guests with cigar selections while consistently delivering warm, professional and attentive service.
- Ensure humidors, cigar displays and lounge areas are impeccably maintained, organised and presented in line with Club standards.
- Train and develop the team on cigar knowledge, storage standards and service excellence to uphold a world-class cigar experience.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3-4 years experience in a similar role,
- Internationally recognized professional certification
- Excellent level of English
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent team management, communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
