ABOUT US
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing, supervising and guiding the implementation of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. Responsible for supervising consultation to the management on strategic selection, recruitment and retention plans and ensure a profitable operation of the entire Human Resources department and the Club itself.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify, design and expand training and development programs, through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers, all according to organization needs, aims and objectives
Implement strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent management, selection, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention
Evaluate organizational performance, assess colleague’s skills, identify the strengths and weaknesses, to ensure that training is built to meet operation needs and improving productivity
Create individual and group training curriculum to facilitate strategic training, resolve any particular problems and to address specific business needs and expectations by implementing effective and purposeful training methods
Develop strategies for performance evaluation, training, development and appraisal to support and guide the human factor in the company
Ensure that the organization develops a high-performing, mission-driven culture by strategically evaluating colleague’s morale and addressing organizational matters while providing HR solutions and increasing organizational effectiveness and health through planned interventions in the processes
