The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.

It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Club’s membership is a growing community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.

The candidate for this role should be an innovative, well-read and well-connected individual who has a diverse range of interests including art, current affairs, politics, environment, sports, technology, healthcare. These interests should be brought to life in the role by conceptualizing and executing high-quality events for Arts Club Members, including but not limited to Talks, Debates, Panel discussions, exhibition tours, game nights, museum tours, art fair excursions and much more.

About the Role

This person will report directly into the Cultural Program Manager.

  • The Cultural Program Coordinator will be responsible for conceptualizing and brainstorming ideas for member events that will be presented to senior management.
  • The cultural program coordinator will be responsible to reach out to third party collaborators on behalf of The Arts Club Dubai in order to secure them for certain events.
  • Coordinate and execute approved events.
  • Work closely with the operations department to ensure smooth running and execution of event.
  • Liaise with marketing department to ensure that all event content is correctly captured and stored.
  • Liaise with marketing department to ensure that CP events are getting enough coverage on social media, website.
  • Responsible to keep the podcast up-to-date and responsible for podcast growth.
  • Attend all cultural program and member events (flexible to work in evening).
  • Record data on all events, including but not limited to RSVP’s, actual attendees, no. of external guests and track data to show trends and highlights.
  • Review and revise SOPs for events that happen in different spaces around the club.
  • Work with other departments, F&B, Marketing, reservations, in a collaborative way to ensure the needs of the Cultural Program department are being met, and vise versa.
