Description
ABOUT US

The Arts Club Dubai will be perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totalling 65,000 square feet, in the brand new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.

It will be the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Club’s brand new membership will form an exciting new community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.

A lifestyle for its members

The Club will provide its members with a home away from home: a sanctuary for those seeking comfort, hospitality and elegance, with a level of quality, service and attention to detail that will leave them wanting for nothing.

It will also be an office away from the office, where members seeking a more relaxed environment in which to conduct business can do so at ease, either in a social and convivial setting or in a more private and secluded space.

The Arts Club Dubai unveils an amazing opportunity for a talented artisan to join our passionate and creative team. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation that define The Arts Club. Assisting with the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team, you will help ensure that all areas of the club are maintained to the highest standards. You will also support the care and preservation of high-end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings, ensuring appropriate cleaning methods are used to maintain their quality and longevity

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

  • You will support the supervision, training, and motivation of the housekeeping team to maintain outstanding cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the club.

  • You will support the selection and safe use of suitable cleaning agents and chemicals for high-end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings.
  • You will carry out regular inspections of all areas to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and promptly report or address any issues.
  • You will assist in managing laundry operations, ensuring uniforms and linens are cleaned, well maintained, and processed efficiently, including coordination with third-party providers.
  • You will help monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring effective stock control and efficient use of resources while maintaining quality standards.
  • You will coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations, particularly during events and for special member requirements.
  • You will assist in handling Member enquiries and service-related issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • You will ensure compliance with all health and safety standards within housekeeping operations to maintain a safe environment for members and staff.
  • You will support the upkeep of floral arrangements in public areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and aligned with the club’s aesthetic, in coordination with suppliers where required.
