The Arts Club Dubai unveils an amazing opportunity for a talented artisan to join our passionate and creative team.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering effective marketing campaigns and activity, which will ultimately affirm the brand, drive membership demand, maintain member retention, support operations and encourage positive sales. The role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
The Assistant Cultural Programme Manager will support the planning, development, and execution of a highly engaging and diverse programme of events for Members, both within and outside the Club. The role encompasses creative, logistical, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring that programming initiatives align with brand values, foster member engagement, and enhance the overall membership experience.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in cultural programming.
Strong understanding of local culture, traditions, and heritage.
Experience in cultural events, workshops, and activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage guests and create meaningful cultural experiences.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity in designing and improving cultural programs.
Collaboration skills to work with local artists, instructors, and partners.
Ability to handle scheduling and logistics smoothly.
Problem-solving skills and flexibility during live events.
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
Ability to train or brief team members on cultural activities.
Attention to detail in planning and execution.
Comfort with administrative tasks and documentation.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, or event-based hours.
Positive attitude and passion for culture and guest interaction.
