Kitchen Manager, Mount St Restaurant, London

- Up to £52,000 per annum, Service Charge Included (£40,000 Salary plus estimated service charge per annum) working 40 hours per week.

- Schedule will be Monday - Friday 07:00am - 03:30pm / 08:00am - 04:30pm.

We have a unique opportunity to join our spectacular team at Mount St Restaurant. Located on the first floor of The Audley, Mayfair. Mount St Restaurant is a new destination on the London culinary scene, and we are on the lookout for a highly organised Kitchen Manager to join us!

As a Kitchen Manager you will support the kitchen team on administration and supplier management. Manage all goods in and out in accordance with company systems, target margins and nominated suppliers, as well as schedule and manage all 3rd party contractors visiting and working on site. You will ensure the business is compliant in all areas of Health and Safety and Food Alert.
