We’re now looking for a skilled and driven Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a refined, food-led environment and develop your career within a growing, values-led hospitality group.
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be a key part of the senior kitchen team – leading by example, inspiring the brigade, and helping to deliver an exceptional food offering in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading shifts and managing service across all sections
Mentoring and developing junior chefs
Upholding consistently high standards of prep, presentation, and pace
Monitoring stock, waste, hygiene, and compliance procedures
Contributing to a respectful, collaborative, and motivated kitchen culture
Strong experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous in a premium kitchen
A calm, confident leader with a hands-on approach
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A passion for cooking with seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients
A team player with a desire to grow and develop
