Join Cubitt House as Head Bartender at our beautifully restored Barley Mow pub in the heart of Mayfair. This iconic site combines rich heritage with contemporary flair, and we’re looking for a charismatic, talented bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As Head Bartender, you’ll be at the forefront of our drinks programme – from perfectly poured pints to creative seasonal cocktails and our growing focus on low & no-alcohol innovation. You’ll have a passion for service, deep product knowledge, and the ability to energise a team with your leadership and charm.

• A confident, experienced bartender with a strong background in premium hospitality

• Excellent spirits, cocktail, wine & beer knowledge

• Natural leadership qualities and team motivation skills

• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences

• Organised and calm under pressure with strong stock and rota knowledge

• A flair for training and mentoring junior bartenders
