The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key part in delivering our seasonally led menus and maintaining the highest culinary standards. You’ll run your own section with pride, work collaboratively with the brigade and help keep the kitchen operating smoothly during busy services.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present seasonal dishes to Cubitt House standards.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards at all times.
Support menu development and contribute ideas for seasonal specials.
Assist with prep, stock rotation and smooth daily kitchen operations.
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-led kitchen.
Passion for fresh, seasonal British food.
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A strong team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Ambition to learn and progress within Cubitt House.
