Who are we?

The Barn at Gibbet Hill is at the forefront of the local food movement. We are one of the only event spaces in New England that has a produce farm on site. The Barn at Gibbet Hill is a family owned and operated business, part of the Webber Restaurant Group founded in 2004.

The Position:

As a Server at The Barn you are responsible for ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable experience. Whether it is through a warm greeting upon arrival or assisting a guest with their needs; you get to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each of our guests.  A Server is responsible for being an expert on our food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus, providing responsible alcohol service, and having fun!

Server candidates should have a minimum of 1 year server or bartender experience in a restaurant or catering venue.

What does it take to be a Server at The Barn?

• Weekend and weekday availability is a must.
• Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests – smile and have fun!
• Ability to multi-task and handle stress.
• Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and carry trays.
