We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is culture driven to join our resort as the Head of People and Culture. This is a demanding role within a world renowned resort, but for the right candidate the rewards of developing the resort towards being culture driven can be endless.

You will work on the executive team to deliver a People and Culture focused strategy to help retain, develop and attract the best talent within the hospitality, golf, retail and conference and event management.

As the leader of the Human Resources function you will be required to promote a healthy, thriving business to allow growth in the overall people strategy and onsite presence to drive a proactive culture.

Your new department

You will be responsible for the human resources function and team. Your team will consist of a Human Resources Business Partner and Development and Culture Partner. As a team you will work onsite to deliver an end to end proactive HR function to the resort that includes but is not limited to recruitment and hiring, talent management, retention of the best employees, HR strategy, succession management and workforce planning, employee development, employee relations, compensation and strategy and much more.

Duties of your new position …

Leading the recruitment and hiring process, delivering the Human Resources strategy within the business, employee development, maintaining employee relationships, legal and compliance strategy within the HR function and wider resort, team development activities and leading the employee compensation strategy.

Qualifications

CIPD fully qualified and/or Human Resources degree
2+ years’ experience of HR Strategy, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Management


Working Hours, Holiday and Benefits

45 Hour contract with a generous salary, you will be required to work 5 days out of 7 and on occasion may include some late nights and weekends
Normal office hours start from 08.00am – Monday – Friday
Holiday Entitlement – 33 days that includes bank holidays
