About the role
As a People Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, ensuring a positive and engaging workplace culture. You'll provide guidance on employee relations, learning and development, and engagement initiatives while delivering a seamless and supportive experience for our teams. Partnering with The People Manager, you’ll help drive key HR functions, from delivering training sessions to supporting wellbeing, recognition, and compliance. What You'll Be Doing
· Support with employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances,
and welfare support.
· Support learning & development initiatives, including inductions and training coordination.
· Drive engagement through reward, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
· Write & deliver HR communications, including team updates and internal announcements.
· Oversee key HR admin tasks such as contracts and reporting.
· Coordinate recruitment support, work experience, and community initiatives.
· Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
· Organise staff events, long-service awards, and appreciation activities.
· Support engagement and values strategies through events and campaigns.
· Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
