Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. We have 319 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf. We have a really exciting year ahead at The Belfry, starting with hosting The British Masters in May 2022, and continuing with the launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.

The Leisure team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort look after the perfect place to keep fit and stay active with some of the best fitness equipment and facilities in the area. Our expert team are always on hand to welcome our guests and provide fitness advice, personal training sessions and fitness classes.

About the role

 

As a Leisure Receptionist, yours will be the first face our leisure guests see when they walk through the door. Duties will include:

  • Checking people into the gym, managing across several systems
  • Stock ordering
  • Working with the management team to resolve any issues
  • Handing out robes, towels and slippers for our famous Fire & Ice experience
  • Looking after lost property
  • Liaising with the membership team to support the signing up of new members

 

About you

 

Previous experience in a leisure environment is not required, however some customer service experience and having worked in a fast paced environment would be useful. We are always looking for someone who:

  • Has a happy positive attitude, and a great personality
  • Is passionate about providing excellent guest experiences
  • Works well under pressure

We are passionate about developing our teams, and there is scope for progression for anyone who excels within their role
