An opportunity has become available to join The Belfry Hotel and Resort, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. After a beautiful refurbishment we now have 319 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five Food and Beverage Outlets, fantastic Leisure facilities including our Unique Fire and Ice experience, 11 treatment rooms, Pool and what we are famous for … Golf.

We are a unique venue that has hosted the Ryder Cup four times, we have three courses The Brabazon, The PGA and the Derby, and for families a mini golf course set over 550 acres of land. Our business aims to be the number one Hotel and Resort in the UK.

We are currently looking for Special Events Sales Executive to work in our fast and dynamic team.

The Ideal Candidate
You will come from a sales focused back ground both reactive and proactive to encompass all facets of the position, ultimately all of our team members must understand the importance of making sure our service is shown in everything we do. Duties of the job Include but are not limited to…
- You will work within the sales department assisting the Meeting and Events sales manager in delivering exceptional customer service to all clients at all times.
- To manage Client / Agent account bookings in order to build and maintain relationships to ensure ongoing business with The Belfry.
- To Undertake Day to Day enquiry handling and co-ordination of the business ensuring The Belfry standards are maintained.
- To achieve individual and team conversion targets.
- Maximising upselling opportunities of all departments within the resort.
- To arrange and conduct site trips to potential clients in a professional manner identifying opportunities to upsell throughout the show around.
- To attend client FAM trips when required
- Working closely with the client up to delivery of the event ensuring all details are communicated.
- Complaint handling and resolution in a timely manner
- To carry out administrative tasks
