The Black Lion is looking to hire a Chef de Partie to join our fantastic kitchen team, who is interested in serving high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients. Seeking a committed Chef with an eye for detail and passion for locally sourced food. Working in a small and passionate team to deliverer great products. The ideal candidate will have flexibility across the week (including weekdays and weekends).

·       Previous kitchen experience (1 year preferrable)
