We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen. 

We’re after someone who brings a genuine love for hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences while helping to lead a confident, passionate team. You’ll play a key role in setting service standards, coaching team members, and contributing to the vibrant energy that defines our venue. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to motivate others, you’ll ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly while championing our brand values and culture.

What you’ll be up to:

• Leading dynamic lunch and dinner services, bringing energy and intention to every shift.

• Supporting staff development through daily coaching and consistent feedback.

• Taking ownership of key operational tasks—from rotas and cash-ups to stock control.

• Stepping into leadership when the Restaurant Manager is off-site, showing initiative and care.

• Helping new team members settle in and start strong.

• Creating an environment where growth is encouraged, supported, and celebrated.

• Ensuring guests always feel seen, welcomed, and looked after.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.

• A genuine passion for heartfelt guest experiences.

• A growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

• Strong communication and team-building skills.
