We're looking for dedicated Chef de Parties to join the kitchen team at The Blues Kitchen in London.

We serve American-inspired dishes made from fresh ingredients, cooked to spec, every time. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for delivering quality and accuracy across every shift—whether you're working the grill, fryer, or prep station.If you're passionate about well-run kitchens and take pride in delivering fresh, delicious dishes - we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Consistently cook and plate dishes to spec in a high-volume environment

  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety

  • Set up and close down your section with efficiency and care

  • Follow prep lists and kitchen systems with attention to detail

  • Support your team and communicate clearly under pressure

  • Work to maintain a smooth, professional kitchen service every day

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, structured kitchen

  • A solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in consistent execution

  • A calm, dependable team player with a great work ethic

  • A passion for fresh, well-prepared food and reliable service

What to Expect:

  • Competitive Pay: £12.25 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £14.75 - £17 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
