We’re searching for a Head Waiter to join our team at The Blues Kitchen Camden. 

As Head Waiter, you’ll lead by example on the floor—delivering warm, memorable service and supporting the team through busy shifts. We’re after someone passionate about people, calm under pressure, and committed to growing within a team that values development.

Our menu features fresh American grill classics—burgers, steaks, salads—served with genuine care and hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading your section with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail

• Building real connections with guests and making sure every visit feels special

• Supporting, mentoring, and training new and existing team members

• Helping manage service flow and working closely with the management team

• Upholding high standards in service, cleanliness, and team culture
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Front-of-house experience in a busy, guest-focused environment

• A natural host who brings energy, empathy, and professionalism to every shift

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the industry

• Strong communication skills and a supportive approach to teamwork

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, late-night setting

What to expect:

• Competitive Pay: £12.50 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £14.75 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.

• The Blues Kitchen is a lively bar, restaurant, and music venue, meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts over the course of the week.
