We’re looking for a confident, organised and guest-focused Reservations Manager to join our team at The Blues Kitchen.
In this key role, you’ll manage and grow our bookings—from private dining and group celebrations to live music nights and busy weekends—making sure every guest has a smooth, personal and memorable experience from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of the reservations process, working across platforms like OpenTable and Collins. You’ll know our spaces, menus and policies inside out, and use that knowledge to guide guests clearly and professionally.
- Whether it’s a special request or a last-minute change, you’ll handle every enquiry with care and attention. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, so your communication sets the tone.
- You’ll liaise daily with our GMs, events, sales and marketing teams—making sure guest details are spot on and every booking runs smoothly.
- You’ll identify opportunities to maximise bookings and upsell where it makes sense, all while building strong repeat business.
- You’ll be based at our Camden High Street office, with regular time in our venues to stay close to the floor and team.
About You
- 2+ years’ experience using OpenTable and Collins
- Strong sales background with a focus on hospitality or events
- Confident communicator, both with guests and internal teams
- A natural organiser who thrives on delivering a great guest journey
- Calm under pressure, with a sharp eye for detail
