We’re searching for a Reservations Manager to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen. This key role is all about creating unforgettable experiences - from intimate private dinners to big celebrations - while making sure every guest feels looked after from the very first enquiry. You’ll be the link between our guests and our teams, ensuring communication is seamless and every detail is spot on. From dietary requests to special touches, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and expectations are exceeded.
Confident using OpenTable and Collins, you’ll keep our systems up to date and easy for the team to follow. Working closely with marketing, and operations, you’ll help drive bookings, maximise revenue, and make sure The Blues Kitchen is top of mind whenever guests plan their next occasion.
This is a full-time, office-based role, working 9am–6pm from our Camden location.
