We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen.
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who thrives on energy, atmosphere and connection. Someone who knows that great hospitality is about how a place feels, not just how it runs. This is a role for a natural host. You love music, London nightlife and character-filled rooms. You lead from the floor, set the tone, and create service that’s warm, confident and memorable. The kind that turns first-time guests into regulars who know your name. You’ll build and develop a team who care about genuine hospitality. People who read the room, sweat the details, and know how to create moments that keep guests coming back. You’ll shape service standards, spot opportunities to elevate the experience, and take real ownership of how the venue shows up, night after night. You think beyond the table. Music, mood, flow and energy all matter here. With a sharp eye and a commitment to constant improvement, you’ll evolve the guest journey while building a culture where the team feels supported, trusted and excited to grow.
