You lead from the floor, set the tone, and create service that’s warm, confident and memorable. You’ll shape service standards, spot opportunities to elevate the experience, and take real ownership of how the venue shows up, night after night. You think beyond the table. What you’ll be up to:

• Leading both lunch and dinner services.

• Leading staff training and championing employee growth.

• Managing daily rotas and cash-ups. 

• Driving the recruitment process and guiding new team members.

• Setting up the restaurant for smooth operations.

• Living and breathing our values, leading by example.

• Ensuring every guest walks away with a smile and a story.

What to expect:

• A salary of up to £55000 inclusive of tronc. Salary and tronc are paid on the last Friday of the month.
