The Blues Kitchen is known for bold, satisfying food done properly. Think the kind of dishes people crave and come back for: great steaks, award-winning buffalo wings, fresh ingredients cooked with care, and big flavours that keep people coming back. You’ll help lead the team on the pass, keep standards high, and make sure the food leaving the kitchen is something you’re proud of. This is a role for someone who loves proper cooking, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a fast-moving London kitchen.
