We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen. Our Sous Chef is a crucial part of the management team, leading, developing and inspiring the wider kitchen team, whilst supporting your Head Chef to ensure a high standard of execution and be committed to deliver consistent, beautiful dishes as part of Manchester's most loved dining experience. Inspired by the ‘low 'n slow’ cooking style of the deep south in America, we’re all about delivering the best barbecue meats, burgers and wings in town.
