The Columbo Group is searching for a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to oversee the kitchens at our iconic venues, The Blues Kitchens and Jazz Café in London.


About the Role

As the Executive Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of our venues. You'll ensure exceptional food quality while fostering a culture of growth within our kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor talented kitchen teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.

• Menu Development: Design and execute innovative menus for our brands, reflecting current food trends. 

• Compliance: Ensure all kitchens adhere to the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.

• Kitchen Finances: Oversee budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality.


What We’re Looking For:


• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a multi-site leadership role.

• A strong leader with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.

• A hands-on approach and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
